SAMPARK 2026 | Eastern India’s First India–Russia Bilateral Conclave |

For the first time in the history of Eastern India, a high-level bilateral platform is bringing India and Russia together on one stage.

On 31st August 2026, SAMPARK – India–Russia Bilateral Conclave will convene in Kolkata under the aegis of P3 (People. Policy. Polity.), uniting policymakers, diplomats, industry leaders, and cultural stakeholders from both nations.

Supported by 10 ministries of the Government of West Bengal and backed by distinguished partners from India and Russia, the Conclave will focus on Trade, Industry, Energy, Technology, and Culture — the pillars that continue to deepen the time-tested friendship between the two countries.

This is not just another conference.
It is a landmark moment for Eastern India to step onto the global stage of strategic dialogue.
