Vijay Rally 2025, titled Ride for Valour, was a landmark motorcycle expedition commemorating India’s decisive victory in the 1971 Indo-Pakistan War and marking the commencement of Vijay Diwas 2025 celebrations. Conceptualised and supported through strategic inputs by P3 – The Strategic Think Tank, the rally was organised by the Indian Army’s Eastern Command as a powerful civil-military engagement initiative.
Flagged off from Guwahati on 1 December 2025, the rally covered over 1,350 kilometres, traversing critical regions of India’s Eastern theatre before culminating at the Vijay Smarak (Vijay Durg), Eastern Command Headquarters, Kolkata. P3’s Strategic Perspective
As the Strategic Think Tank for Vijay Rally 2025, P3 played a critical role in shaping the rally’s broader narrative — positioning it not merely as a commemorative event, but as a strategic signal of national cohesion and preparedness. At a time of evolving international turbulence and persistent challenges along India’s borders, particularly in the Eastern and Northern sectors, the rally served as a soft-power instrument of strategic messaging.
“Vijay Rally 2025 was envisioned as more than a commemorative expedition. It was a strategic act of remembrance — reinforcing civil-military cohesion, national morale, and India’s collective resolve at a time of evolving geopolitical challenges along our borders. By connecting historical victory with contemporary security realities, the rally reaffirmed that strategic preparedness is as much societal as it is military.”
— Subhashish Banerjee, Founder, P3
P3’s approach emphasised:
-
Strengthening civil-military trust
-
Reinforcing national morale and strategic consciousness
-
Communicating India’s defence preparedness through symbolic, people-centric initiatives
-
Linking historical victory with contemporary security realities
The Vijay Rally 2025 demonstrated how strategic remembrance, when aligned with public engagement, becomes a force multiplier for national resilience and deterrence.
